Aquamarina Lazy Days will sell at public auction the below described property on November 7, 2009 at 10:00am at 6700 Holiday Rd. Buford GA 30518
Notice is hereby given to Lee Burdette Burns that a 1988 20' maroon and white Maxum with all attachments, fixtures, personality, improvements, engine(s) and contents located at 6700 Holiday Rd., Buford, GA in which he is listed as owner, has been abandoned. If not redeemed in the prescribed time for all such costs imposed on said vessel herein shall be disposed of by public sale as outlined in Georgia Law, O.C.G.A. 11-1-201. He has ten days from first posting of this notice to contact Aquamarina Lazy Days , who is in possession of said vessel. Proceeds will be used to satisfy debt created by account holder to Aquamarina Lazy Days. The boat is sold “as is” and payment must be made at the time of purchase by certified funds.
