An ordinance to fix the ad valorem tax rate for the City of Oakwood, Georgia for the calendar year 2009; to levy said tax upon all property subject to taxation by the City of Oakwood; to provide for the time of payment of said taxes; to repeal conflicting ordinances and for other purposes. A copy of said ordinance is available for public inspection at the Oakwood City Hall, 4035 Walnut circle, Oakwood, Georgia during regular business hours.
