A 20-foot private way as shown on a plat for Beth Buffington Hood, prepared by Richard H. Holcomb, Georgia Registered Surveyor No. 2733, dated May 1, 2009, revised August 20, 2009, and being more fully shown on said plat described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly right-of-way line of Gaines Mill Road at the centerline of a concrete drive at the northwesterly corner of the property of Karen Jones McCusker and running 10 feet on each side of the centerline of said drive and old road bed, said centerline being described as follows:

Said owners are required to show cause before the said Court at the Hall County Courthouse, Gainesville, Georgia, on the 13th day of November, 2009, at 2:30 oclock, P.M. before the Honorable Kathlene F. Gosselin, Judge, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, to show cause why the easement for private way should not be condemned as prayed by the Plaintiff. Said owners are required to name an assessor to act on their behalf.
