The owners of the above property, so far as the same is known, are:

Said owners are required to show cause before the said Court at the Hall County Courthouse, Gainesville, Georgia, on the 13th day of November, 2009, at 2:30 o’clock, P.M. before the Honorable Kathlene F. Gosselin, Judge, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, to show cause why the easement for private way should not be condemned as prayed by the Plaintiff. Said owners are required to name an assessor to act on their behalf.
