CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK for NEW HOSPITALITY CAREER ACADEMY for the HALL COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION
The Hall County Board of Education will receive proposals on Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. for Construction Management at Risk for the project listed above to be constructed in Hall County.
The New Hospitality Career Academy will be constructed on the site of the Lanier Career Academy as a separate building. The center, approximately 20,000 sq. ft., will consist of culinary & marketing classrooms, classroom kitchen, meeting rooms, reception area, bakery and coffee shop, bistro, bistro kitchen, gift shop, mail room and teachers lounge with a construction budget of $2,500,000.

Payment will be made to the contractor each calendar month based on the estimated work complete in place as prescribed by the standard specifications.

The Georgia Department of Natural Resources is accepting bids for the purchase and removal of the 600 sq. ft. check station building (and contents) and the 720 sq. ft. equipment pole barn located on the former Lower Blue Ridge Wildlife Management Area on Winding Stair Gap Road (USFS #77) in Lumpkin County. Submit a separate bid for each building. Bids must be submitted in writing to:
