GEORGIA MOUNTAIN CENTER PARKING DECK CITY OF GAINESVIILE, GA

Genereal Contractors are invited to submit lump sum bids for the general contract for te construction of (New) Georgia Mountain Center Parking Deck, Main Street, Gainesville, GA .
Bids will be recieved by the City of Gainesville, GA on Thursday , August 7th 2008 at 3pm. Bids will be publicly opened at this time at the office of Jay Mancin, Purchasin Manager with the City of Gainesville, 300 Henry Ward Way, Room 103, Gainesville, GA.

The form of agreement will be AIA Document A101-1987. 5% Bid Bond and 100% performance and payment Bonds will be required.

Bidding Documents will be available from the archiect, H. Lloyd Hill Acrhitects & Associates, Inc. 736 Green St, Gainesville, GA 30501. 770-534-8404. Bid Document deposit is $100 per set. Afull refund will be made on one set to general contractors who submit a bonafied bid. One half of deposit will be returned on all other sets. Documents will be available for review at Gainesville Whiteprint in Gainesville.
