1. Application of Mincey Marble to rezone from AR-III and V-C to I-I, a 1.56± acre tract located on the south side of Browns Bridge Road at its intersection with Spainhill Circle; a.k.a. 4321 Browns Bridge Road; Tax Parcels 08057 001017; 016(pt)M 010(pt) and 018.
