RE-ROOFING OF CHESTNUT MTN
ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS for the HALL COUNTY BOARD OF
EDUCATION
Sealed bids will be received by the Hall County Board of Education, 711 Green Street, Suite 100, Gainesville, Georgia 30501 until 3:00pm on Tuesday, May 20, 2008 for furnishing of all labor, materials and services necessary for the re-roofing of Chestnut Mtn Elementary School. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the time and place state above.
A 5% Bid Bond and 100% Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond will be required. These bonds are to be executed by a Surety Company licensed to do business in the State of Georgia. Bidding documents may be obtained at the office of the Architects, Hussey, Gay, Bell & DeYoung, 625 Green Street NE, Gainesville, Georgia 30501 770-535-1133. Bid documents deposit is $50.00 per set. Bidding material will be forwarded, shipping charges collect. Bidding document deposit will be refunded as outlined in the specifications. Documents will be available for review at the Plan Rooms in Atlanta and Gainesville Whiteprint in Gainesville. A voluntary pre-bid conference will be held at the site on May 6, 2008 at 10:00AM at which time the architect and owner’s representative will be on hand to receive questions from bidders. An addenda will be issued with responses to bidder’s questions. The last day of School is May 28,2008, the successful bidder may strat immediatly after that. The project MUST be completed proir to start of school on August 1, 2008. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities.

Proposasl will be accepted at the Hall County Board of Education, 711 Green St, Gainesville Ga, 30501. The proposal should be in a sealed envelope marked “( RFP) New Chestnut Mountain Audio /Video” Proposals will be received up until May 9,2008 at 12:00pm.
