Hearing
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on June 25th, 2008, at 4 P. M. for comment on the Gainesville Housing Authority's FY2008 Annual Update to the FY2005-2009 Five-Year Agency Plan which is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Public Hearing will be held at the Housing Authority's Main Office located at 750 Pearl Nix Parkway.
A copy of the FY2008 Agency Plan Annual Update will be available for review before the Public Hearing at the Authority's Main Office located at the address listed above. Any person wishing to comment on the Authority's FY2008 Agency Plan Annual Update may file his or her comments in writing with the Executive Director of the Gainesville Housing Authority by 5:00 P..M on June 24th, 2008, or may attend the Public Hearing. All comments will be considered in preparing the final Plan before submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development

NOTICE
On Tuesday, April 29, 2008 an overflow of wastewater estimated to be in excess of 10,000 gallons was discovered at the end of Murphy Blvd off of Browns Bridge Road. The overflow was caused by a debris blockage in the sewer line. The overflow entered into Flat Creek. The blockage was discovered by a City employee around 9:30am and was repaired by 11:00am.
The area was cleaned and signs posted. Hall County Environmental Health and Georgia E.P.D. were contacted

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Braselton Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at 7 p.m. and the Braselton Mayor and Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 5, 2008 at 4 p.m. on the following items:

1. Case# 08-400-RZ
Application for annexation and re-zoning from Atul Patel. The property owner is Henry Braselton. The property has frontage along S.R. 53, is approximately 1.78 acre, and is identified as a portion of Jackson County Tax Parcel 118 048A. The requested zoning upon annexation is General Commercial. The property is currently zoned HRC. The intent of the applicant is to construct an 82 room hotel.
