(OLIN&HOLLIMON HOMES INC) NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER
STATE OF GEORGIA,
COUNTY OF HALL.
Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in the Deed to Secure Debt from Olin & Hollimon Homes, Inc. in favor of Hamilton State Bank dated January 25, 2006, recorded in Deed Book 5579, Page 344-51 of the Hall County, Georgia Deed Records and Modification of Deed to Secure Debt dated January 30, 2007, and recorded in Deed Book 5970, pages 514-515 of the Hall County Records, having been given to secure a Promissory Note in the original principal amount of $337,600.00 dated January 25, 2006, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry, during the legal hours of sale before the door of the Courthouse of Hall County, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in March, 2008, to wit, March 4, 2008, to the highest and best bidder for cash the property described on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt and Note has been and is hereby declared due and payable in full because of nonpayment of principal and interest and 2007 ad valorem taxes pursuant to the terms of said Deed to Secure Debt and Note. Notice has been given of intention to enforce provisions for collection of attorney's fees and foreclosure in accordance with legal requirements and the terms of the Deed to Secure Debt and Note. The indebtedness remaining in default, the sale will be made for the purpose of applying proceeds thereof to the payment of the indebtedness secured by the Deed to Secure Debt, accrued interest and expenses of the sale and other sums secured by the Deed to Secure Debt including attorney's fees, and the remainder if any shall be applied as provided by law. To the best of the undersigned's knowledge and belief the property is in the possession of Olin & Hollimon Homes, Inc., and said property will be sold as the property of Olin & Hollimon Homes, Inc., subject to outstanding ad valorem taxes, and easements and restrictions of record superior to the above-referenced security deed, if any. The undersigned will execute a deed to the purchaser at said sale as provided in the Deed to Secure Debt.

Notice is hereby given to Harry Cooper that a 1980 32' Bayliner Conquest , Blue and White Hull, Dual Outboard engine, with all attachments, riggings, fixtures, equipment, personality, improvements and contents located at 6900 Holiday Road Buford Georgia in which he is listed as owner, has been abandoned.

Notice is hereby given to Angie Prunty that a 1987 36'Chris craft Amersport 320, white and black hull, with gray accents inboard engine, with all attachments, riggings, fixtures, equipment, personality, improvements and contents located at 6900 Holiday Road Buford Georgia in which he is listed as owner, has been abandoned.

Notice is hereby given to Bill Odrey that a 1996 Sternwheel Paddle wheel Houseboat with white and red hull, Engine unknown, all attachments, riggings, fixtures, equipment, personality, improvements and contents located at 6900 Holiday Road Buford Georgia, in which he is listed as owner, has been abandoned.

If not redeemed within the prescribed time for all costs imposed on said vessels herein shall be disposed of by public sale outlined in Georgia Law, O.C.G.A. 11-1-201. They have ten days from the first posting of this notice to contact Holiday Marina who is in possession of said vessels. Proceeds will be used to satisfy debt created by account holders to Holiday Marina. All boats sold “as is”. Payment must be made by certified funds at time of purchase.
