Request for Qualifications/Proposal from Consulting Firms to Provide Professional Services for mapping and modeling of future-conditions Floodplains in Hall County, Georgia to bring County and City jurisdictions into compliance with the Metropolitan North Georgia Water Planning District's requirements to map the future floodplains within designated HUC 12 areas in Hall County, up to the 100-acre drainage area. The designated HUC 12 areas to be mapped are shown as Attachment “A” in the bid package.

Sealed proposals from suppliers will be received by the Purchasing Department of the Hall County Commissioners, at 116 Spring Street, Suite 12, Gainesville, Georgia 30501 until 3:00 p.m. legally prevailing time on Tuesday, March 11, 2008, for: Precast Concrete Restroom Building.
After the time and in a room and place as noted above, the proposals for each commodity will be publicly opened and read. No extension of the bidding period will be made.
There is no fee required to receive a copy of all documents, changes and updates for this bid. Copies of bidding documents may be obtained at the Office of Purchasing, 116 Spring Street, Suite 12, Gainesville, Georgia 30501. Requests for documents should be filed promptly with the Purchasing Department, call Mrs. Claudine Pittman, (770) 535-8270 at least (24) hours in advance to reserve your copy. This is the only official release site for this invitation or any addenda that may be issued for same.
Bid bond (5%), payment bond (100%) and performance bond (100%) will be required.
Successful bidders shall provide insurance in the amount of at least ($1,000,000.00) one million dollars as required by Paragraph 18 of the “Terms and Conditions” of these documents.
Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis in the best interest of the County.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of (30) thirty days after time has been called on the date of opening.
