Notice of Private Sale

Notice is given pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2001 in the case styled Securities and Exchange Commission v. ABC Viaticals, Inc., C. Keith LaMonda, and Jesse W. LaMonda, Jr. and LaMonda Management Family Limited Partnership, Structured Settlements, Inc., Blue Water Trust, and Destiny Trust, Civil Action 3:06-CV-2136-P, in the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division, that the Receiver appointed in the case obtained Court approval on January 25, 2008 to sell the following real property at private sale:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 154 of the 10th District, Hall County, Georgia, being Lot 2, Muscadine Valley Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Slide 147, Page 68A, Hall County Records. More commonly known as: 3923 Muscadine Trail, Gainesville, Georgia 30506.
The sale shall be “as is” and “where is.” Bona fide offers in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 2001 must be received in writing on or before 5:00 p.m. on February 12, 2008. All persons having claims against the property are required to present them within the time and in the manner prescribed by law and advise the Receiver of same in writing on or before 5:00 p.m. on February 12, 2008.

HALL COUNTY
REPUBLICAN PARTY On Saturday, February 16, 2008, at 10:00 A.M., the Hall County Republican Party will convene Precinct Mass meetings to elect Delegate and Alternate Delegates to the Hall County Republican County Convention.

All the Hall County residents who are legally registered to vote and are members of the Hall County Republican Party are urged to participate in the process.
Registration is without charge and will open at 9:00 A.M. on February 16, 2008, at the Georgia Mountains Center Theater, Gainesville.

The Hall County Republican County Convention will be held March 15, 2008, Saturday, 10:00 A.M., at a Gainesville location yet to be announced.

The 9th District Republican Convention will be held at the White County High School, 2600 Highway 129 North, Cleveland, on Saturday, April 19, 2008, at 10 A.M.
