PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965, as amended, the Hall County Board of Elections has requested pre-clearance for a change of location of an existing voting precinct. The change involves the existing precinct of Flowery Branch II. This precinct will relocated from the Christian City Church to the First Baptist Church of Flowery Branch. The new location is approximately 1 mile from the former location. Voters will begin voting at the First Baptist Church of Flowery Branch during the February 5, 2008 Presidential Preference Primary.

The change involves the location of our office, Hall County Board of Elections and Voter Registration. This office will relocate from 275 Dawsonville Highway to 2285 Browns Bridge Road, Suite 2, effective December 1, 2007. The new location is approximately 2 miles from the former location. The office will operate in its new location beginning December 4, 2007. We would like to inform the public of this change.

Notice is given pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2001 in the case styled Securities and Exchange Commission v. ABC Viaticals, Inc., C. Keith LaMonda, and Jesse W. LaMonda, Jr. and LaMonda Management Family Limited Partnership, Structured Settlements, Inc., Blue Water Trust, and Destiny Trust, Civil Action 3:06-CV-2136-P, in the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division, that the Receiver appointed in the case obtained Court approval on January 25, 2008 to sell the following real property at private sale:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 154 of the 10th District, Hall County, Georgia, being Lot 2, Muscadine Valley Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Slide 147, Page 68A, Hall County Records. More commonly known as: 3923 Muscadine Trail, Gainesville, Georgia 30506.
The sale shall be “as is” and “where is.” Bona fide offers in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 2001 must be received in writing on or before 5:00 p.m. on February 12, 2008. All persons having claims against the property are required to present them within the time and in the manner prescribed by law and advise the Receiver of same in writing on or before 5:00 p.m. on February 12, 2008.
