REQUEST FOR BID
The City of Gainesville Public Utilities Department is requesting bids for REPLACEMENT ULTRAVIOLET LAMPS / SLEEVES - BID No. 08032. Individual sealed bids will be received at the City of Gainesville Purchasing Office, Room 103, Gainesville Administration Building, until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, February 14, 2008, after which time, no further bids will be accepted. Sealed bids will be publicly opened on the same date at 3:00 P.M., in the Conference Room (Room No. 305) at the Public Utilities Department Headquarters Building, 757 Queen City Parkway, Gainesville, Ga. It is the responsibility of the Firm submitting a bid to ensure that it is received prior to the stated deadline. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered under any circumstances, and will be returned unopened after final award is made.
Bid forms and specifications are available at the City of Gainesville Purchasing Office, Room 103, 300 Green Street, P.O. Box 2496, Gainesville, Ga. 30503.
